Our Christmas tree.

It doesn't get better than this.  Me and my dad made this tree out of 2X4's and chicken wire.  Don't worry, we've already patented it!

My 10th Birthday

Madden 12 - thanks Auntie Tara!
Party time.

This picture makes it look like there were only girls at my birthday party.  Don't worry...  there were also alot of boys there.
The best gluten-free cake ever.
I think you can see how much boys were at my party.

Our first chicks!

This was the very first born chick.  It was Henrietta's one and only.  None of her other eggs hatched.
Lucy 4 chicks.  This was the first to make an appearance.
Me holding Lucy's 4th chick.  Henrietta ended up killing this one.  It was really sad.

My best fishing trip ever!

This was the first Nile Perch of the day.  My dad, Auntie Tara and I all reeled it in.  I reeled it into the boat.  It was 25 lbs.
In front of Murchison Falls with a 15 lb Nile Perch.
My 33 lb Nile Perch I reeled in all by myself.

I'm going to eat you up.

Murchison Falls Game Reserve trip #2

Riding with a dead body to Fort Baker

We were on our way to Fort Baker in a special hire vehicle when we  had to stop because this truck was  stuck in a big mud puddle.  Our driver said we could not go any further.  A 4X4 truck of one of our friends arrived and pulled the truck through the mud.  We wanted to take bodas the rest of the way but the driver of this truck offered us a ride.  The catch was we had to be ok with riding in the back with a dead body in a coffin.  We made it to Fort Baker in the back of the truck with a dead body.

Eating lunch at a traditional Acholi restaurant

Ordering our food.  I ordered beens, rice and beef.
The kitchen.  The restaurant has a big stove compared to others we've been to.
My dad's lunch of beans, sweet potato and bo in g-nut sauce.
Walking home with our bellies full.
